| Local Government Service launch put off |

The Ministry of Local Government and Environment on Sunday announced the postponement of the launch of the Local Government Service, scheduled for Tuesday, December 18, 2007.
A statement signed by the Chief Director, D.A Nyankamawu, said the launch will now take place on Thursday, December 20 at 0900 hours. The venue- the Accra International Conference Centre remains unchanged. The change was due to unforeseen circumstances and the inconvenience is regretted.
